Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the

Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote host
name could not be resolved.

I have tried several times to help one of our statelite computers to do a
few things however, for some reason I am getting this error message. Can
anyone help.

If you have any firewall try to disable them and try again. Also you need to
open 3389 port on your computer.

I unistalled the virus software and it works now, so I will try and allow
access with it
