There are two user accounts on my computer. I want to have access to Windows
Live Messenger on the computer administrator account and NOT the other
account. I've tried downloading it to a folder in the administrators account
and just can't figure it out. Please help!

Greetings Kandi,
Although you can try tricks like Burak has suggested, anyone with a slight bit of computer
knowledge will be able to bypass it. There really isn't any way to stop people from using
Messenger on the PC with just Windows if they're smart enough to be able to rename a file
(and bypass the restriction).
