There is a huge problem I would say in win xp with changing the
regional settings... by that I Mean not currency or date or etc... but
the way windows understand the language. In windows 98 for example
there was a program called regional settings changer. And it used to
change the r settings for real....
After the last installation of windows I have chosen the wrong values
for "regional settings" so it doesnt understand lithuanian any
more..... or if I had some software in russian it would go crazy at
all...
So does anybody know about such software existance like regional
settings changer for winxp

thanks

Hi,

Control Panel/Regional and Language options, the languages tab has an
advanced section to change keyboard input and language support. Much better
than Win98 actually.
