dll errors

I upgraded my pc to XP Home. I am trying to install
service pack 1 from ms website and my pc can not find
some dll files. As each one comes up I click retry and it
appears to find the file. Now I am stuck on comctl32.dll

No matter how many times I click retry it can not find
the file. What do I do? I need these update files.

Search your computer for comctl32.dll. If the date modified is not 8/29/02
then download the latest version of Internet Explorer to get the most
current version of comctl32.dll:
