dll32 issues

the dll32 file is constantly trying to access the
internet (over a 100 times a day). I have aol, and had
my password stored and it was actually logging in on the
internet several times until I unstored my password. My
firewall is constantly popping up telling me this file is
trying to access the internet. I have no idea why, I
have updated with the latest provided. any clues? I
would appreciate any help here.
