delete it, the programme is no longer on the machine but this dll file says
access denied be sure the disk is not full or write protected, or not in use.

Hello . Make sure this program is unwated and remove it from Control Panel->
Add/Remove programs.

You can easily remove this file using the tool below:

Undll - the DLL removal utility (author Paolo Monti)
http://www.nod32.it/tools/UNDLL.ZIP

Extract the ZIP file , open the exe file , point the "protected" dll and run
it

After removing that particular DLL file , check your comuter for malicious
software using the instructions here http://pandaman.my.contact.bg

Regards!

thanks panda man---believe it or not the source of the file is trend micro. i
installed a free 30 day trial of anti-spyware(good programme!) but when it
was done, i used add and remove, cleaned the registry, and that one file
remained. I also have other files, it wont let me re-download the trial, so
they have other files attached somewhere--i deleted the unwanted file in safe
mode.
thanks for the tips!!
