I have numerous folders from which I have deleted or
moved all the files. When I attempt to delete the empty
folder, I get an error message -
"ERROR DELETING FILE OR FOLDER"
"Cannot delete (named file). It is being used by another
person or program. Close any programs that might be
using the file and try again."
No other program or person is using the file. All of the
files in the now empty file were graphics files in either
a BMP format or created by Adobe Photoshop Elements II,
which is not in use when I attempt to delete the empty
folder. The same error message appears when I attempt to
delete the empty folder after a full reboot. There must
be a simple solution to this annoying problem. Thanks
