I'm sorry, but your post is not clear. Please rewrite using correct
English syntax, punctuation, and capitalization. Use paragraph breaks
and/or numbered points for clarity. This is not meant to hurt your
feelings, but rather to help you get focused answers. You want to make
it easy for people to read about your problem so they can help you.

Go to this link to see what details you need to include in your next
post:

In the meantime:

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

I doubt your keyboard and mouse problems are due to a virus. You should
check your keyboard and mouse cable connections in the back of your computer
and reboot. If that doesn't help, I'm thinking you may need a new keyboard
and/or mouse. If you have another one, for example attached to another
computer, you can swap those in temporarily into the troubled computer to
see if a new keyboard or mouse would help.

Let me guess, did it say something like "Your computer may be infected with
spyware or adware?" Those virus pop-ups are often from the Internet and may
just be trying to sell you something. A copy of the message may be stored
in your Windows event logs [click on Start, Run, type EVENTVWR and click
OK] or somewhere in the logs in your antivirus program.

You can get free antivirus from http://free.grisoft.com It's just as good
at detecting viruses as any other product, more or less. Make sure your
antivirus is automatically downloading updates every day or so. Also, go to
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and make sure you aren't missing any
Microsoft patches.

You can get free anti-spyware software like Spybot Search & Destroy from
www.safer-networking.org/en/download/ Some people also like Ad-aware,
which is at www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
