I have the same question and the same problem.
Occasionally (though, more often than not lately), I get
the same message during shut down about tfswctrl.exe.
I also have trouble shutting down Outlook. It takes a
long time, or doesn't shut down at all. While the window
on my screen closes, the Office Assistant never goes
away. I go into task manager and outlook.exe is still
listed on my running processes.
I let Windows attempt to shut down tfswctrl.exe last night
on it's own (without clicking "End Now"). It never shut
down, so I clicked "End Now". I then received a second
message indicating another shut down problem, but this was
for something called "CiceroUIWndFrame". I've also
received a message for something called "do not see me",
but that only happened once and I have not seen it since.
I use Norton System Works and all my virus definitions are
up to date. I did not find any viruses.
Any suggestions?
