View Full Version : blue screen aftart chkdsk /f completes b4 reboot

Go to run,type:cmd At the curser type:CHKDSK C: (C:
being the hd) This is a read only chk,but runs as with
the /F You can also boot from xp cd,recovery,type
CHKDSK C: /p It will run as /F Theres also /R For
repair,same cmds, somewhat diffrent utilitys.See what
works,try running /R in cmd 1st,then boot to cd if the
problems exist.
