Backround and nothing else

I have Windows XP and it has been running fine for a year
and a half, now I rebooted my computer and everything
isnt there.Just the backround, the programs and start
menu dont show up.I can get into theings only through
task manager.

Install the fix, then reboot your computer.

I did that and it still doesnt work.

I ran the patch, rebooted, and it dont work.
