View Full Version : I have the Display Control Panel disabled on some machine but yet.

one of my users (all quite computer illiterate as far as I can tell) has
managed to add a background image to the desktop. How is that even possible
- unless someone really knows what theyr are doing?

XPHome, display control panel disabled via reg. setting (it comes up and
says that it's disabled when i try....) users are still using admin accounts
until I will have made everything they need run under limited.

Editing the registry manually, viewing the image in Internet Explorer and setting it as wallpaper from there. Lots of ways around that restriction.
