Hi there

I have a wierd problem. I am unable to add a USB printer to a Windows XP Pro
workstation. The software installs correctly, but the add new hardware wizard
does not appear when connecting the printer. I think this could be due to the
user clicking on do not remind me about this device. As such I cannot find
any reference to this, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
