recording from Easy Recorder Cool

I sudddessfully used the Easy Recorder Cool for several months, Suddenly Xp
would not allow recording, ether for the Easy Recorder of the small
microsoft recorder. A local technician checked the sysetm but could not
resolve the problem (checked for viruses, the sound card and drivers), with
no soluton found. I will appreciate advice from anyone.

What error message if any are you receiving? What symptoms are being
displayed when attempting to write cd's?
