Hi,
I refer to my earlier post of 18/08/2006 03:18pm containing the following.
"Hi, for some reason when I get a notification of an defender update and go
through the process of downloading the computer does not actually update it
and it and the same one comes along again after a couple of days, what's
wrong, any ideas please. Update no KB915597".
You gave me a way to do it and it seemed to work (at least for you), but I
am now getting the same update notifications again.
Any more ideas.
Cheers mike

go to add/remove programs, find defender and click unistall. there you will
get the option to repair and or update. be sure to be connected to the net
while its updating.... If this doesn't work, then unistall defender and
reinstall it over again...
