Ive got a new Dell Dimension PC running XP, and over the
last couple of days it has been running really slowly.
When i look at which processes are running it shows that
TCPSCVS.exe is taking 99% of my CPU power. Does anybody
know why this is or what the file is because i havent gopt
a clue.
