I have captured video from my camcorder with WMM2.1. It has captured OK, but
it plays at about half the normal frame rate in all my media programs (WMM2,
Media Player 10, PowerDVD). I have disabled my video card and tried clean
boots, but all without any affect. I have tried Mplayer2 (as suggested by a
Microsoft article), but with no effect either - but it told me the framerates.
