Hank;
I gave that information in my first post.
And No we are not afraid of Microsoft.
However if you have a hardware problem, no OS change will fix it.

Does that mean that all the computer problems that that we
have at work are hardware problems. My wife that works
for a large university, has been advised by IT Professors
TO ADVOID XP.

Hank;
I don't know about the computer, but I would avoid that IT professor.

Windows XP is stable.
If the problem is truly several computers, what else do those
computers have in common? The IT professor??
