I was wondering if you recommend someone editing their final movie in WMM or
in MyDVD? Or does it matter? If a person edits in WMM do they need to edit in
MyDVD?
I too have been trying to make a movie or whatever you want to call it from
a mini-dv camcorder of raw footage I have on some cassettes that are in LP
mode when I recorded. Therefore these tapes have 90 minutes of recording time
on them.
I made a movie with the WMM and noticed it took about 18GB of space to
record the movie. After reading your advice I realize the size of this file
doesn't matter. But whenever I tried to put it in MyDVD the disc always says
the file is too large and it won't even let me try and burn it.
Am I doing something wrong? Am I missing a step?
I use Sonic MyDVD 5.3
Windows XP
1GB Ram
80G HDD
I for now basically want to copy the footage from dv-camcorder to send to
other people and let them edit whatever footage they would like to edit.
Am I going about this all right?
