I am having pop up annoyances and this is the advice given
to cure this problem.

I have windows xp There is no option listed for
Performance and Maintenance in the control panel and my
Administrative Tools folder in Control Panel is empty.

The computer is an HP pavillion and came with the XP
system. What happened to the files and data in this
folder? What do I need to do to get this file and
properties back? All advice is greatly appreciated.

Respectfully
JD
