download software

have a jvc 700x digital zoom,workinh off xp but software is to old to work.
need a download....
help us out

Errr....... you have a what? Is this a digital camcorder? If so you need
to connect it to the PC with a firewire cable and use Windows Movie Maker to
capture. No extra software download should be necessary.
