CANT access removable HD on uninstalling ATI drivers

hi...

i have a dual booting PC, with Windows Xp pro: one for
work and one for games....both boot partitions are on
different HDs...the games harddrive is on the removable
rack....

I only uninstalled ATI drivers and control panel...and
now my games harddrive cant be detected...it seems the
work Xp installation cant detect that the games boot
partition is an NTFS partition...

how do i reinstall the files necessary to get this up and
running OR how do i access the drive to access some
files??
