CANT access removable HD on uninstalling ATI drivers

Check in Administrative Tools Computer Managment to see if
the drive is listed. Make sure the problem isn't that the
drive is not making a proper physical connection. You
could try system restore to go back to before you
uninstalled the drivers and control panel.
