Some Guy in FL

To start, my C: drive USED to have Windows 98. My D:
drive has Windows XP Professional. The boot file is on
the C: drive. Once, my computer was on as a power outage
occured. I tried to shut off my computer (I always
Hibernate it), but the outage occured too soon. As time
progressed, I could tell the C: drive had become faulty.
The System Log overflowed with read errors from the C:
drive. Eventually, I backuped all intact data. About one
day later, Windows XP dismissed the C: drive as RAW data.
The computer's performance decreased tremendously, so I
disabled the C: drive.
Here's the problem: I want to access the boot file
(along with some other files) on the C: drive. Windows XP
and Command Prompt cannot reconize RAW data. o0;; Any
ideas?
