Has anyone installed updates 823980 and 821557? If so, are they safe?
Thanks.

Hi Karen,

No problem here. Both are uninstallable as well should any problem arise
(and no, I haven't heard of any).

I have both on 2 different pc's and they run fine. However, there are =
"some" systems having problems allegedly due to 821557.=20
Those problems have yet to be resolved. Those deal with "shortcuts" on =
desktop not working and some others have problems with CD devices. The =
current workaround is to un-install 821557 from within Add/Remove =
programs.
