Display Picture

I have recently reformatted my computer and have updated messenger. I cannot
seem to be able to see the display picture I have put in for myself or for
those on my contact lists. I have read some other postings sending people to
Tools>Options>Security and Tools>Options>General. When I go to Tools I have
tabs for Personal / Phone / Preferences / Privacy / Connection. I cannot
determine how to turn this feature on. Please advise.

You're using Windows Messenger. What you want is to use Windows Live Messenger, which you
can find here:
