Internet Explorer shortcut ?

I mistakenly delelted my internet explorer. I was
deleting non used windows programs in disk cleanup and
deleted my IE. Any suggestions on what I am going to have
to do ? Would like to know how to create another shortcut?

Open Windows Explorer
Go to
C:\Program files\Internet Explorer
Grab iexplore.exe on your desktop
and create shortcut there.

The .exe isnt there. I deleted it? I could just use one
of my favorites shortcuts, but now I need to know how I
can fix it. DO I have to download the IE again?
