No START button

to Leon: Tried all parts on Taskbar is Missing. No success.
Could not Repair XP because came install & PC will not
connect with CD drives on startup. Do not have XP CD. Any
other suggestions? Thanks for trying

Line 195 (right column) "Restore Desktop Icons and Taskbar"

Install the fix, then reboot your computer.
