hi, after i installed icq on my windows xp professional,
i restarted my computer and when i try to log back in, i
can't! like i clcik on the log in button, it says plz
wait logging in, then my desktop background shows up but
no icon or toolbar loads.. plz help me!
i also tried safe mode, but the same thing happens!
