Hello, when I right click on the start button or recycle
bin, I get the hourglass and then nothing. Explorer
ceases to operate. This started happening after I
installed all the updates and service packs for XP. I
didn't have internet access on this machine for a while
and thought I should. I was able to restore and it worked
fine for a while but then it happened again. I
reinstalled Xp and it worked, but of course after
reinstalling the updates and service packs it is
happening again. Rebooting does not help. I am just now
putting the problem and service packs/updates together. I
need some help. Thanks.
