OK here's a weird one. After running a game or resolution changing prog, I
find that progs running in the background are now invisible on the desktop.
I see them still running as processes and on the taskbar. If I close them,
and reopen, they will appear again. A couple will need to be reinstalled for
even with a reboot, they can not be seen on the desktop again. Any idea why,
and how to repair? Thanks!
