Missing some DLL's

I am having a problem with IE, there is always 2
pictures/ads that NEVER appear anymore. ALL that is there
are little red x's in the right-hand corner. I did a
system info check and notice I am missing 2 DLL's. There
are: iecont.dll and iecontlc.dll. Does anyone know how I
can get them Back. Thanks
