Here's the spec's for my computer: AMD 1800, 256 DDR 2100
RAM, ATI 7000-64MB Video card, onboard sound, 30 Gig hard
drive, DVD drive, LG 52x24x52 CD-RW, Diamond Modem, 350
Watt power supply(Just bought Aug. 28, 2003).
The problem is that the computer keeps restarting itself
at different times. I do not have the Blaster worm either.
I've updated and checked to make sure. My antivirus is up
to date and the Windows updates are also current. I've
replaced the power supply, motherboard, hard drive, video
card, modem, IDE cables and it's still doing this
restarting mess. It started about 6-8 weeks ago. I've re-
installed Windows many times and formatted the hard drive
each time using the full and quick format option. I even
tried using NTFS instead of FAT32. Nothing has worked.
Thanks in advance for the help. This is driving me crazy.

You might try to go into System Properties and click on the Advanced Tab,
Then click on the Start up and Recovery Settings Button. When the dialog box
comes up check to see that the Automatically restart check box is Unchecked.
By unchecking this box you will have time to read the error message that is
generated when an error causes the restart. At least it may give you a clue
as to what is causing the error.
