Can't Use System Into Program

When I go to my System Information Program I get the
error "can't collect sytem info....files missing or
moved" How can I locate or restore these files?

did not work. I believe it is a fix for "damage" a
certain program had done....which I have never used. What
I am actually missing is the Windows Management System
Tools program.....the one that allows you to view your
system information. Anymore ideas? Thanks so much! :)
