Scandisk Hanging

I'm trying to find the source of my problem. I'm looking
for a log file or the way to have one created.

I'm using WinXP Home Edition, Pentium 4 3.06 Ghz with
HyperThreading. (2) 120 GB Drives Striped in a Level 2
Raid Array. Scandisk hangs at the same place every
single time I run it (it has to reboot since it's running
on the system volume) - 77% completed on step 4 of 5.

See if you can run Scandisk in Safe Mode.
