My computer is only a couple months old, has plenty of
mem and ample RAM. It was a couple of weeks before I
installed antivirus software, and because I thought I had
been infected (all maner of problems were upon me) I
reinstalled xp home. I installed it right over the first
installation.
I wanted to be sure that I did it right this time. So I
reinstalled my software again taking care to not mess
anything up, and to install virus protection right away.
WHAT??? It is happening again!! I seem to be having the
same things happening to me as "Mista.Kris"(Sep 1 '03
6:24AM). Also, certain programs (defrag, Nero) won't
start at all (actually, they sort of start. it only takes
them about a half an hour and when they come up they are
not responsive and much of the time I can't close them
down, even through task manager.) Also windows explorer
freezes up on me often.
Please help me!!
