I have to de-freg my disk every 3 days. It gets 5 % more
fragmented per day, so its 20% in 4 days. Norton says the
fragments are in the "System Information Folder". The
files all seem to be registry "snap shot" files. There are
20-50 of them with 50 - 400 fragments each. A command line
defrag.exe gets them clean but only for a few days. Maybe
this is the Page File. I have one partition of 37gb. Sony
R505EL Laptop, XP Pro. Any ideas?
