I have a question, no matter what software I use to convert AVI to VCD the
soundtrack is always off. I don't have a DVD/RW so I have to convert to VCD
to watch dwonloaded movies on my DVD players. Does anyone know why the
soundtrack is off when the videos are converted?

I have downloaded WM encoder 9 series and the only thing it does in conver to
WMV, doesn't it convert to VCD or was that the idea, convert to WMV to
convert to VCD and see if that helped the soundtrack?
