low system resources, low virtual memory

Help:

I keep getting these messages, low system resources, low
virtual memory. Computer constantly locks up. What canI
do to correct this?

You should create larger page file.

Right click on My computer, select Properties, go to Advanced tab,
click Settings button under Performance and go to Advanced tab. Then
click Change button. It might be worthwile to select System managed
size if you are not sure how big your pagefile should be.

Low virtual memory warning is indicative of the harddrive not having enough
free space available.. use the 'Disk cleanup' facility in XP to recover some
space..
