Burning DVD's

I have a DVD+Rewriter. How can I copy a DVD-R to my hard drive so I can copy
it to +R's?

I'm afraid you need to beg/borrow/steal/buy a -R writer or get someone who
has a dual +/- writer to copy it to a + disc.
