My virus checker keeps finding a virus in my restore
point files. It will not let me clean it. How can I
delete older restore point files so that this virus will
be removed?

On the disk cleanup|more options tab at the bottom is the option to delete
all but the most recent restore point. To clear all restore points, disable
system restore from the system properties and reboot. Then, turn on system
restore again if desired.
