I hooked a DVI (digital) cable to my HDTV from my computer and added it as a 2nd display in Dualview mode. I use an Nvidia 5900 graphics card. The HDTV accepts a 1080i display from my computer but only the XP bios loading screen and the desktop background show up. It won't show any Windows at all. No desktop icons or pointer etc..just the background picture. I can right click a video and that will play but how do I get a full interactive Windows XP to display as my monitor does so I can launch a game etc. At the moment games don't run on the HDTV either, the game will fire up on my 19" monitor but the HDTV stays with the desktop background.....any insight would be greatly appreciated?.....thanks all...
