Remote Assistance

I finally got my mother to download the newest version of Windows messenger,
so that we could try using remote assistance. Windows live Messenger wouldnt
let her. Anyways now that we both have the same program, When she asks me for
remote assistance it says it cant connect ....Remote host Name not
recognized. Something to that matter. So then I tried asking her for remote
assistance, and it let her do it. has anyone had this problem?

Yes, both my daughters have asked me for assistance and I can't hook up with
either. All I get is a message that my computer does not recognize theres.
We all have the same set up with all the boxex checked.
