Windows Messenger keeps signing me off

[Sometimes]

My Windows Messenger (5.1) keeps signing me off. It happens every 20 minutes
or so. I have tried changing the port (connections>proxy sever>http>port 80)
and encountered the same problems. Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem. Messenger just signs off and on all day as it
wishes. It just started about a week ago. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
