What if I'm not using a CD burner and still getting the
message? I also have a similar issue with something
called "CiceroUIWndFrame" and one that popped up (only
once) called "do not see me".

I have scanned with Ad-Aware and Norton Anti-Virus. I
have not seen "do not see me" again,
but "CiceroUIWndFrame" has appeared twice
total. "tfswctrl.exe" appears often, however.

I have HP CD burning software on my computer, but I don't
use it very often, and I've had it a lot longer than this
problem has been occuring for. I have a feeling it's not
related.

I also have a similar issue with Outlook. On occasion, it
doesn't shut down. My Officer Assistant does not leave
the screen, no other Office programs are open,
and "outlook.exe" will be listed once, sometimes twice
(once, even three times!) on my processes list. It also
occasionally gives "Not Responding" errors during my shut
down process.

Found the following at
http://216.239.53.104/search?q=cache:rFLvMJwfX80J:www-instruct.nmu.edu/cis/spoindex/is120/samples/StartupFilesSample2S02.doc+tfswctrl.exe+xp+not+res ponding&hl=en&ie=UTF-8

"Recommendation: Many users have reported shutdown problems caused by
TFSWCTRL "not responding". In all cases, since they were never using the
DLA software and were instead using the CD Writing software to create their
CDs, they simply de-installed HP?s DLA and that solved all their problems
with TFSWCTRL"
