To help speed up your web browsing and reduce the amount
of bandwidth used, IE will "cache", or store on your hard
drive, often-viewed images and pages.

You can set the amount of space this uses, and
empty/delete the cache, by opening IE, choosing Tools-
>Internet Options, and clicking the "Settings"
and "Delete Files" buttons under "Temporary Internet
Files"
