I Cannot Delete a Corrupted File on NTFS Volume

I use the program bc wipe to wipe files and or folders
that will not let me erase them a free trial can be
downloaded at http://www.jetico.com/ I do not even wait
for it to do a complete wipe but stop it after it starts
the wipe and the file or folder is then gone
