Attempts to use System Restore utility error message reads
rstrui.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point Remote Assistance Prepare
System Restore could not be located in the dynamic link
library WINSTA.dll. I lost this utility in my attempts
to find the restore point before "Error loading message
C:\PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL." began showing up on
system restart. Second attempted restore point resulted
in system freeze and possible crash. Although Operating
System disc repaired Windows I've lost System Restore.
Wish to undo these points and sadden that I ever
contacted Gateway e-support on the error loading message.
Because equally I've lost Norton Personal Firewall and
won't reinstall I've tried numerious Symantec step sheets
to no avail as of yet. Please help!
