offline files tab is not available in folder option

O.S. :windows xp
there is no offline files tab in folder option tried lot
with ms WEB site , solution is given for win2k which is
related with terminal service , but I have windows xp
PROFESSIONAL.

Hi,

Do you have fast-user switching enabled? You cannot use offline files when
that feature is enabled. Control Panel/Users/"change the way....".
