msvc32i MFC Application Problem

Running XP Pro and everytime after logging on (have tried
multiple user logons) I get the following error.....

msvc32i MFC Application Problem and closed.

Error Signature MSVC32I.exe AppVer 1.0.0.1

ModName: msvcrt.dll

ModVer 7.0.2600.0
Offset 00033996

I can't seem to find anything in MS Knowledge Base. I
have notice intermittently when burning CDs with Nero, I
will get a communication error. Is this possibly related?
